At this time of year, I can almost guarantee over the next couple of weeks I will get a few cases of "Allotment back" coming to my Therapy sessions or Pilates classes. As spring is now on its way with lighter evenings, brighter mornings and warmer temperatures it can be the perfect time to get back out into the garden.
Here I will give you some useful tips to help reduce the risk of having those achy backs, sore hips etc after enjoying time in the garden.
If you need any help or advice from me or have any questions please feel free to ask and I will be happy answer.
